The focus of this day will be on working with the ancestral and family patterns that have impacted and affected our relationships, both past and present. You are probably repeating behaviour...acting out patterns...atoning for actions...looking and waiting for a missing love... and generally carrying the “stuff” that belongs to your ancestors all inside you in your life right now. Add now to that your partner or previous partners ancestral baggage...
The dynamics of personal relationships are influenced by our entanglements with previous partners as well as our ancestral influences. By acknowledgeing who we are, who we were and where our root and place in our family lies we can begin to free ourselves from our past.
What's more you do not need to be in a relationship to come along or need to bring your partner with you...

As we draw close to Samhain, the time to traditionally honour the ancestors, why not spend the day honouring and acknowledging that connection?
On this day we will be exploring our family and ancestral patterns through different techniques including Family Constellation work. You will have the chance to work with your own family and ancestral lines as well as witnessing and representing other group member’s family patterns. When we see it as it really is, and not how we would wish it to be, we are free to move on.
The best aspect of these courses is that you do not need any prior experience, you do not need to bring your family and you do not need to know your family history inside out.
